The Polyurethane finish is much more resistant to general wear, meaning that scratches and dings are harder to see and inflict. This helps to leave your new Stratocaster looking shiny even after decades of use!
Fender's long-established wood combinations remain intact with this Japanese Strat. Alder is a medium-weight wood with a tight, hard grain pattern. It offers a full-bodied, clear tone, balancing low, mid and high frequencies - serving as the perfect foundation for the spanky-sounding single-coils.
The 2-screw tremelo system is very responsive and stable. Japanese Fenders come with excellant quality hardware which allows you to add smooth vibrato into your playing.
