The Fender Vintage-Style Locking Machine Heads are a perfect fit for the Fender Japanese Hybrid II. With vintage styling and excellent tuning stability these are a great set of Machine Heads.
This guitar features Fender Hybrid II Custom Voiced single-coils. This set of pickups are newly voiced for the modern player whilst still achieving that classic bright, clear iconic Jazzmaster tone. Fabulous cleans through to cutting overdriven sounds.
The Polyurethane finish is much more resistant to general wear, meaning that scratches and dings are harder to see and inflict. This helps to leave your new Jazzmaster looking shiny even after decades of use!
Fender's long-established wood combinations remain intact with this Japanese Jazzmaster. Alder is a medium-weight wood with a tight, hard grain pattern. It offers a full-bodied, clear tone, balancing low, mid and high frequencies - serving as the perfect foundation for the spanky-sounding single-coils.
The vintage-style tremolo is essentially unchanged from the original Jazzmaster Tremelo from the 60's. It's very well made and allows you to add smooth vibrato into your playing.
Also fitted with a Mustang style bridge which intonates and sets up much better than the original style Jazzmaster bridge.
