The Solid Spruce Top is excellent Quality and transfers the resonance beautifully from the Bone Saddle and Rosewood Bridge.
SOLID SAPELE BACK & SIDES
The solid Sapele just looks incredible. Sapele has a warm tone, similar to Mahogany.
The Tort binding just sets it off perfectly. Very classy.
OPEN PORE NITRO
Nitrocellulose finish breathes. It isn't air-tight or waterproof like Polyurethane is. That's why nitro is preferred. It allows the wood to evenly acclimate to changes and also looks beautiful with this type of Open Pore finish on the E1 OM.
