VINTAGE STYLE GOTOH TUNERS

The Vintage style GOTOH tuners are designed to replicate the look and feel of classic tuners used on vintage guitars, but with modern construction and tuning stability.

FGN XPERT- HF HUMBUCKER AND OS-2N/OS-2RW VINTAGE STYLE SINGLE COILS.

Newly designed FGN XPERT-Hf meduim-hot Humbucker & OS-2n/OS-2rw vintage style single coil pickups on white 3-ply pickguard.

Also equipped with a miny tricky switch enabling you to split the humbucker in the bridge, allowing for more tonal capibilities.

GLOSS POLYURETHANE FINISH

The Polyurethane finish is much more resistant to general wear, meaning that scratches and dings are harder to see and inflict. This helps to leave your new guitar looking shiny even after decades of use! The thin poly finish makes this guitar sound very resonant and expressive.

DEEP CONTOURED ROUND EDGE ALDER BODY

Alder is a relatively lightweight and porous hardwood, which results in a tone that is warm, full-bodied, and resonant, with a strong midrange emphasis. It is often described as having a "sweet" or "musical" sound, with good sustain and a smooth, even response across the frequency spectrum. The contoured round edge provides optium comfort and playability.

TWO-PIVOT FGN TREMOLO BRIDGE

The smooth and stable two-pivot FGN tremolo bridge has classic appointments with modern construction.

CIRCLE FRETTING SYSTEM (C.F.S)

All FGN guitars and basses come with a unique Circle Fretting System (C.F.S.). It was created by FGN based on an idea to offer better pitch and articulation than conventional guitars and basses. All frets are installed on fingerboard in slightly curved shape, so that every string crosses all the frets in 90 degrees, i.e. to offer a minimum contact of string on a fret, and it makes the scale length of every string even while it actually varies on conventional fretting. The C.F.S. is a solution of fretting on a traditional guitar and bass and it offers clearer articulation and tones which give dimension when you play a cord and also cut through the mix when you play single notes.

COMPOUND RADIUS FINGERBOARD

The compound radius fingerboard has smaller (rounder) radius towards nut while larger (flatter) radius towards neck end i.e. similar to a shape of a cone. This allows for much easier chord playing at lower frets while having less stress, especially when bending strings at higher registers, thus making the neck feel much more comfortable and playable.

TONAL POSSIBILITIES

With a 5-way HSS pickup configuration, combined with the coil tap switches this is an instrument with a vast array of different sounds.

With the bridge humbucker coils split via the coil tap switch this will give you all of those vintage 60 style "S" type tones, while still sounding rich and full. With the coil tap disengaged the bridge pickup will sound like a classic humbucker with higher output, making the overall sound louder and thicker, consequently cutting through the mix more effectively.
