Crybaby Dimebag Signature Wah DB01

The Jim Dunlop Crybaby wah-wah pedal is the best selling guitar pedal of all time. The range of Dunlop Crybaby’s is growing, from the basic and most popular Crybaby Original, which revels in it’s simplicity and excellent price, through to the artist signature models with features such as built in overdrive, fuzz and boost... What’s your wah-wah of choice?

The Dunlop Crybaby Dimebag Wah AKA the Crybaby From Hell is hailed as the most flexible and powerful wah pedal ever made. In the words of Dimebag- “It's pretty tricked out—it's got an extended sweep so you can get it to go more high-endy sounding and deeper too. There's a 5-way selector on the side so you can pick what frequency you're gonna play within. You've got a kick-in boost and LED indicators [Wah on/off, Boost on/off] at the back of the pedal—instead of at the front—so you can see them from the back of the stage. And it's got skateboard skid-tape on it instead of rubber so when you've got beer on your feet you won't slip off it. One other little trick is an extra input jack on the left-hand side of the pedal so you can go in and out of the CFH on just that side if you want. That way, if you're just using the wah, you don't have to loop a chord around the top of the thing, so it's less likely to get stuck under the pedal. I'm real proud of the CFH, man,”

Famous users of the Dunlop Crybaby Wah include: David Gilmour (Pink Floyd), Stevie Ray Vaughan, Russell Lissack (Bloc Party), Tim Commerford (Rage Against the Machine), Dimebag Darrell (Pantera), Kirk Hammett (Metallica), Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin), Steve Howe (Yes), Brian May (Queen), Slash (Guns n Roses, Velvet Revolver), Tom Morello (Rage Against The Machine), John Petrucci (Dream Theatre), Joe Satriani, Zakk Wylde, Joe Perry (Aerosmith), The Edge (U2), Flea & John Frusciante (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Steve Vai and Omar Rodriguez Lopez (The Mars Volta)... to name a few.
