We are set up to follow Health and Safety Guidelines. We are still operating Click and Collect, free delivery over £10 and Zoom Demos available for demonstrating products.

Free Delivery
Free Delivery on orders over £10 with only a small charge for anything less.
Click & Collect
If you prefer you can select Click and Collect instead of a delivery address when you are processing the payment in the cart. You will be able to come and pickup from a collection point just inside the door.
Zoom Demos
It has been a huge change for a lot of business. We have embraced the use of Zoom and taken things beyond the norm to offer Studio Grade sound and Multi Cam to deliver a great experience. More info below.
Workshop - Repairs and Service
Lockdown has certainly dragged some guitars out of the Attic or from under the stairs! We have seen some wonderful guitars and restored them to their former glory since the last lockdown. We have the Workshops open with a simple paperless drop off and collect system in place and can take care of anything from simple restrings to full restoration.
Zoom Demos and Calls
One of the huge benefits of coming to the shop is being able to try things and talk to our very knowledgable staff about products. You can now book a demo with Rich. It's really easy to book an appointment where you will be able to hear / see the product.
Collection Counter
We are continuing to do Click and Collect and have no intention to stop this. It is especially useful for reducing contact to a minimum if you are concerned about COVID. All products picked are cleaned before being placed in the collection area.
Wear a Mask
Please wear a mask at all times. If you are exempt please let us know. We will also be wearing a mask.
Spray Hands
We have provided hand sanitiser on the collection counters. They are a pink liquid. Please use these when you enter.
Cleaned Surfaces
We regularly clean the surfaces and door handle. Your products are also wiped down and only handled after we have sanitised our hands.

What Are The Opening Hours?
As of April 12th we will be open as normal. We keep up to date on the opening hours page
Can I Try an Instrument?
While we expect to operate in as normal way as possible it does help to only play instruments you are specifically interested in. We maintain a Card System, when played the Instrument is placed back with a Card saying Do Not Touch. We can then clean the Instrument.
How Does Click and Collect Work?
Click and Collect is an option at the payment stage of checkout. Instead of entering your address you can choose Click and Collect. A notification will be received when the item is ready to collect. It will be wiped down and at the front desk just inside the shop.
Can I Drop Off A Guitar/Intrument For Repair?
Yes, you can drop off a guitar or instrument for repair/setup and do not need to book in advance. If you wish to limit the time you are in the shop, you can phone ahead with your details or write them down on a piece of paper before coming in. How Can I Pay?
You can Pay however you prefer. POS Terminal (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Chip & Pin, Contactless), BACS, Online Shopify via an email link, Cash. It is our preference that you use contactless wherever possible.
Can I Buy Extra Items Once In The Store?
When collecting a Click & Collect or setup we can process extra items for you very quickly.
