The Kaplan cello G string is scaled to fit a 4/4 size instrument with a playing length of 27 ½ inches (700mm). Heavy tension strings will allow for greater projection and volume potential. This G string has a stranded steel core and is tungsten wound.

Kaplan cello strings produce a rich and complex tone. Conceived for the most discerning musicians, they stand up well to extreme bow pressure, allow a diverse tonal palette, and provide a powerful but warm sound.
