The Orange AD5 combo is a 5 watt, all-valve, 1x10 combo. Designed for great tone at low volumes, making this amp perfect for bedroom and studio use. Following suit with Oranges’ simple yet highly effective design, this amp features just two controls – Volume and Tone. The all plywood construction of the Orange AD5 houses one Celestion G10N-40 (16ohm) speaker for sweet bluesy tone with the ‘raspy’ characteristics of a single 10” speaker. On the valve front the AD5 holds 2 valves and comes out of the factory with one EL84 in the pre-amp and one ECC83/12AX7 in the output.
