Designed by Custom Audio Electronics and built by MXR, the Boost/Overdrive offers the combination of a simple dynamic overdrive and clean boost circuit, all in one compact pedal. The overdrive section of the MXR Boost/Overdrive is truly “classic”, adding warmth sustain and punch without colouring your sound. From bluesy warmth to metal-crunch you’ll find a lot of versatility in this unit. The boost circuit in the Boost/Overdrive is a bonus and can be used to solve a variety of signal conditioning problems caused by effects or guitars- a very handy feature.
